Poji: a Fiji-based tool for analysis of podosomes and associated proteins

This tool enables in depth characterization of podosomes with associated proteins as well as gathering general information about cell parameters. After a short manual setup, it automatically analyzes microscopy data (compatible with stacks and up to 4 fluorescence channels), giving out data tables and three-dimensional podosome models.
